Chit-Chats Calm Club

Does your child sometimes have a head full of busy thoughts?
During the interactive Chit-Chats Calm Club workshop, children step into a world of stories, calm and creativity.

Together with author Vinet Coetzee, children will read from her picture book Chit-Chat, The Talking Hat.
Afterwards, they will explore simple and playful breathing and mindfulness exercises that can help with big feelings, focus and relaxation.

There will also be time to get creative! Children will design their very own Character: an imaginative character that helps them feel calm, strong and focused. At the end of the workshop, each child will take home three personalised stickers of their own drawing.

A joyful afternoon filled with reading, imagination, mindfulness and creativity.
